What Proof is
Proof is a wellness coaching service. Proof is not a medical provider, emergency service, diagnostic tool, or substitute for professional care. When the risk of being wrong is meaningful, Proof should stop and route you to an appropriate qualified professional or emergency service.
Membership
Membership is $29/month or $199/year. One membership includes all available coaching lanes and product surfaces, with no free trial or tier ladder. The App Store shows the localized price, billing cadence, renewal date, and any taxes before purchase.
Renewal and cancellation
Membership renews automatically until cancelled through Apple subscription settings or another supported cancellation path shown in the product. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not itself approve a refund.
Refund requests
Proof has not adopted a results-based money-back promise. Requests for App Store purchase refunds follow Apple's eligibility and decision process, plus any applicable consumer rights. Final purchase and support instructions must be reflected in the live disclosure.
Lapsed access and your data
When membership ends, app access locks; support and data-rights channels remain available outside the app. A lapsed member may still request support, export, correction, or deletion through the authenticated external process.
Safety
You are responsible for keeping medications, pregnancy or nursing status, diagnosed conditions, injuries, and other safety facts current. Anything painful, spreading, bleeding, persistent, crisis-related, or otherwise concerning belongs with a qualified professional or emergency service.
